This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Provide rapid shutdown/disconnect for each array at the service entrance of the building the array is on AND at the meter location the array feeds. REF Sheet ‘Plot Plan’: building B(?)/2 and building C(?)/3 have arrays that supply meters on 2 different buildings. Disconnects for these arrays are required to be on both buildings at the location of service entrance for each, NEC 690.15(A). 2. Show compliance with NEC 690.15(A), PV solar Disconnect Switch is greater than 10’ from the service entrance. REF Sheet ‘Plot Plan’: building B disconnects. 3. Provide additional electrical array notation showing which PV modules are associated with each individual building/unit meters.
