Per UDC Article 6.4.5.B.2 perimeter yard setbacks to carport type structures are measured from the post supporting the structure. Clearly show the post supporting the carport and provide a dimension from the post to the street property line. Until provided Zoning cannot provide the required Zoning comments to submit for the BOA. 2. Until permits for the other unpermitted structures, existing carport in front yard, garage & office in rear yard, TC-COM-0525-00880, TC-COM-0525-00883 & TC-COM-0525-00884 are all approvable Zoning cannot approve this permit.
