A development package meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual 2-06 is required as site changes are proposed, including expansion and reconfiguration of a building and encroachment into and reconfiguration of a previously approved parking area.
Site compliance and development standards will be determined at the time of development package review.
All building permits will be reviewed for compliance with an approved development package.
