IBC Section 305** 1 Please amend plans to provide an accessible route from the front door to the bedroom. If this is technically infeasible, in accordance with the IEBC, then show how the accessible route has been updated to the extent possible. IEBC Section 305. For example could the Kitchen be reconfigured, and the 23" opening increased to be as wide as the hall? 2. Please amend plans to identify the new and demolished interior walls.
