Ref; Plan sheet E0.1, E1.0. 1. The Electrical Site plan is showing the location of panel ‘L’. The electrical One Line Diagram is showing new panel ‘P’. The panel schedule shows panel ‘L’. Please clarify.

2. Why is the AIC Rating missing at the service in the Fault Current Analysis? What is meant by the word ‘FALSE’ after AF-2, in the Fault Current Analysis?

3. Show the ISC value in the panel schedule.

4. Indicate the OCPD(s) type and rating in the new service disconnect for the new panel.

5. The scope of work description entered with the permit application states,” INSTALL 100 AMP PANEL WITH J BOXES TO BRING SERVICE TO CODE AND SUPPLY POWER TO PARKING LOT LIGHTING SYSTEM”. The plans make no mention of the ‘Parking Lot Lighting’. Please revisit the scope of work description entered and provide an accurate description of the scope of work on the plans that correlate with the Project description entered with the permit application and provide wiring method details for any branch circuit reconnections to any existing equipment or devices.

6. Per the electrical site plan the new breaker panel is located in a different locating than the electrical service serving it. Provide a code compliant Grounding Electrode System to be installed at the new panel location as required per NEC art 250.32. The ‘GROUDING SYSTEM TYPICAL DETAIL’ is incorrect for the application. (Shows Ground Bus and Neutral Bus interconnected).
