Clarify the specification for the water fountain. Only one water fountain (electric water cooler) is shown on the plumbing fixture schedule, the upper level water plan appears to show either two fixtures or a dual unit but the description in the plumbing fixture schedule is ambiguous. Provide the number of drinking fountains that complies with the requirements of Sections 2902.1 and 2902.5, IBC 2018 and Section 410.3, IPC 2018. 3. Provide a metering faucet for the lavatory, dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the faucet cycle will last for at least 10-seconds. Reference: Section 419.6, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09. 4. Provide tempered water for the public restroom lavatory using an approved device conforming to ASSE 1070. Reference: Sections 416.5 and 607.1.2, IPC 2018. 5. Verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatory complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018. |
