1. The address on the permit application, as well as the plans needs to be updated to reflect that this project is at 2920 S Park Av, not 2800 N Park Av. See earlier Zoning comment.
2. A lot consolidation is also required to combine the six lots.
3. Please provide impervious surface expansion calculations. If the impervious surface expansion exceeds 2,000 square feet, provide a drainage statement to show that the requirements of sections 2 and 3 of the DSSDR will be met.

This site is located in the I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29) Automotive Minor or Major Service and Repair, excluding bodywork or paint-booths is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-5), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.Q.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with development package (DP), TD-DEV-0524-00155, and the following comments need to be addressed.

2. The building gross floor area, 3,539 does not match what is shown on the DP, 1,855. Either the building plan or the DP will need to be revised so that the floor area match.

3. Until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve the building plans.
