| 08/08/2024 | Historic | NOT REQUIRED | Please submit all the same materials under the Historic sub-record. Once you log into TDC Online, go to the My Work tab, and then go to Plans (not Permits). Under Plans there should be the Historic sub-record which I have opened under the TC permit number, and this is where the same materials are submitted. Given that the application is to renovate children museum, it will be a Full review. On page 2 of this document under Minor review in the table are all the items that you will need for the historic minor review. Once submitted the system will generate an SD #. Staff will then contact you about the next steps including invoicing and payment of review fee. Once fee are paid, a full review will be scheduled. If you have any questions, contact Michael Taku at Michael.Taku@tucsonaz.gov On further review and discussion with the review team and applicant, my review comments are revised from the meeting 7/3/24 to state that the exterior modifications originally proposed required RNA and historic preservation review.as shown on 5/20/24 plans. The 7/15/24 limits the project to interior remodeling only, and exterior modifications will be pursued at a later time.
