The Design Package needs to be submitted as a subrecord of TC-COM-0524-00952, and needs to include the materials specified here:

2. Sheet a0.1 Elevator shop drawings are not noted to be deferred or part of TI permits. Clarify 2018 IBC 107.2.1 & 107.3.4.1 (BM)
3. Sheet a3.0 Key note 315 for stairs identifies details, will need to provide typical details on plans for guards, handrails, handrail terminations and dimensions to comply with 2018 IBC sections 1014 & 1015. (BM) Did not identify in plans
4. Sheet a3.0 Structural step details refer to architectural for dimensions / information. Will need to provide riser and tread information on plans for review for all stir sections to comply with 2018 IBC 1011.5 (BM)
