Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Is this service equipment (Main Breaker) and what is the voltage and amperage, phase? We need all the specs of the equipment that this part is installed in. 2. Provide a complete line diagram, NEC 110.2, 2018 IBC 107.1. 3. If you plan to repair the part then it must be re-certified, by an independent testing agency, per its original listing, NEC 110.3(A)-(C). See also NEC 110.21(A)(2) for additional marking requirements. You will need to provide the re-certification certificate prior to final inspections. 4.
