This site is located in the SR zone (UDC 4.7.4). A Animal Service, General is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.D.5. 1. This comment was not addressed. As you are enclosing the approved open dog run, D04-0012, into an enclosed building a Development package must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building permit. Loran’s email only addresses the mechanical yard removed from the plan. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan.
