IBC 1016.2 Please add a note complying to this requirement. 4. Please update your Plumbing Fixture Calculations. You indicate providing 1 WC and 1 Lav. However, you actually have 2 WC and 2 Lavs 5. Service Sink: Where occupant load is 15 or less, a service sink is not required. Please provide a service sink since you have 48 occupants. 6. Please resubmit. |
