Submit your revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Building Review Section comments were addressed. The submitted documents were incomplete and a thorough plan review could not be performed. Please be aware, new comments may arise with the next review.
COMMENTS:
1. Special Inspection Certificate form is missing the Steel Frame special inspection on the list.
2. Please submit a Site Plan that is not the Development Plan from the Development Package. The submitted version is confusing. It shows multiple blue highlighted areas and it also show a clouded canopy. My assumption is only one canopy is being installed for a solar panel install shown as clouded, please confirm.
3. Should this project be of multiple canopies, please give each canopy a name, for example, “Canopy #1”. Identify whether it is carrying solar panels or if there no solar panels on top. Each canopy will require separate permit, please apply for separate permits. You may apply for a model permit, allowing you to streamline the process (please contact our intake group regarding how best to proceed, you may ask for Joseph Conrad at 520-837-5349).
4. Please resubmit.
