This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). Notate the COT adopted code on the plan-set. 1. Clarify if this is a service upgrade or a like for like replacement with no new loads added. Provide current service rating and the proposed new service rating. 2. Does the scope of work also include #19? If so, you will need to add the address to the permit through the Portal: Under “Sub-Records” tab apply for an Address change and specify the additional address to be added (if applicable). 3. Provide a complete line diagram, NEC 110.2, 2018 IBC 107.1. 4. Provide an electrical riser diagram, 2017 NEC 230.9. Notate the grounding and bonding method, 2017 NEC 250.20(B), 250.24, 250.30(A)(4). Metallic gas lines must be bonded and not be used as the primary grounding method, 2017 NEC 250.50, 250.52(B)(1). >>> Service equipment upgrade to a higher load and increased demand requires the following: 5. This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304, 2018 IBC section 107.1, 2017 NEC, City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements. 6.
