Per UDC 3.3.3.G.2.c, as you are proposing a change of use as well as a reconfiguration of the area outside the existing building, a development package shall be submitted meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual Section 2-06. The development package is a separate submittal and shall be applied for through the Tucson Development Center Online under application type “Development Package.” Zoning cannot approve TC-COM-0524-00766 until the development package is submitted, reviewed, and approved by all reviewers. 2.
