The following previous electrical plan review comments were not addressed. 1. Comment # 1(a) “Provide a description of ‘GW’ in the symbol legend “. No compliance. (c)Provide a panel schedule for the 200 amp house panel including load calculations. No compliance. See NEC 220.87, 408.4, 408.30. The response, “How do you expect a load calc sheet from a 40-year-old building that has been changed multiple times”, is not acceptable. 2. There is no consistency in the resubmitted electrical drawing. (a) The service panel shown in the photograph appears to be a single-phase panel. The Main circuit breaker is not a 3- phase main breaker. The electrical plan existing line diagram shows an all-in-one type enclosure with an Underground pull section, meter compartment, load compartment with 1 -200 amp 3 pole main service disconnect (CB) and a second 200 amp 3 pole load circuit breaker feeding a existing separate 200 amp house panel. (b) Also the Meter # shown in the existing service line diagram is not the same meter # shown in the UTILITY METER DEMAND READING and the voltage is shown as 240V. (c) The Panel schedule for panel ‘EV’ is disigned for a single -phase panel. The photograph of the panel submitted with the response comments does not correlate with the Line diagram. Please resubmit a revised professional electrical drawing that’s not all marked up with red font crossing out the original information and also that has accurate voltages, ampere ratings, AIC ratings, Panel schedules, load calculations, dated Registrant stamp, Ref; 2018 IBC section 107.2.1, 2017 NEC.
