3. Accessible bathroom requires door clear opening of 32 inches minimum. Provide grab bars at the water closet and shower. The 5 ft clearance is not met at the sink. Please comply to the accessibility requirement.
4. Emergency escape and rescue openings shall have a minimum net clear opening of 5.7 square feet. IBC 1030.2 The minimum net clear opening height dimension shall be 24 inches. The minimum net clear opening width dimension shall be 20 inches. IBC 1030.2.1 Emergency escape and rescue openings shall have the bottom of the clear opening not greater than 44 inches measured from the floor. IBC 1030.3
