Please do alert your client so that they can pay for the permit and permit be issued. 2. This new Urgent Care Facility is being reconfigured from a Spa & Salon Facility. I understand that it is a B occupancy hence it will be easier to approve. However it is enough drastic change into an Ambulatory Care Facility that we would need to review a complete set of drawings (Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical). They would have spaces and equipments that will require certain electrical and mechanical needs such as an autoclave would have certain requirements. Please do provide the Code Analysis and a Floor Plan that reflects the actual space names (please remove room labels such as Pedicure Area, Nail Station, Hair Station.....I understand that this Floor Plan was readily available from the previous salon permit, as an Architect myself...I may have done similar in order to submit as expedient as possible). My initial analysis tells me that you will not be able to comply to the Required Plumbing Fixtures count, please look closely into the water closet count, you many not have enough. Please do provide water fountain(s) and mop sink. 3. Please resubmit. |

A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://tdc-online.tucsonaz.gov/#/. The DP will need to be approved prior to approval of this building permit.
