This comment was not addressed. Provide a development package the meets the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans. The checklist can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/pdsd/documents/permits/minor_changes_to_commercial_industrial_sites_.pdf. Submit as a site plan separate from the development plan. COMMENT: Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://tdc-online.tucsonaz.gov/#/ . The DP will need to be approved prior to approval of this building permit. 2. Based on the plan submitted and that Stone Ave is designated as an Arterial on the COT MS&R map clearly demonstrate how a vehicle can turn around on site and not have to back out onto Stone if the gates are closed.
