1. Original Comment: The plans indicate this is to be a warehouse, however the definition of a warehouse is to store goods and raw materials. This does not match the intended use of the space as described on sheet A0.0. Indicate the actual use on the drawings and update all sheets. The definition of a repair garage per IBC is a building used for servicing or repairing motor vehicles which appears to be closer to the actual intended use. Per email conversation on June 29 with the architect, the IBC designation for this space is S-1 not F-1. update the information on the cover sheet to match the intended use.

2. New Comment: Remove the room designations that still indicate "warehouse" on sheets A3.0, A5.0, A6.0 and indicate Car Wrap as shown in the other revised sheets.

3. New Comment: Please bubble all changes on the architectural drawings and indicate the revision number and dates on the title blocks.

1. Original Comment: Provide mechanical ventilation in the area in which vehicles will be worked on including a gas detection system in accordance with 2018 IBC 406.8. The only ventilation is shown in the storage room. No gas detection system was found on the drawings. please provide a gas detection system including construction details for its installation on the drawings.

2. New Comment: the plans indicate the required make up air will be through the roll- up doors however the doors are shown to be solid and will not provide the required makeup air per 2018 IMC 501.4. it is not acceptable to assume the
doors will be open at all times that the building is occupied. Clarify how the make up air will be provided and correct the note by removing the "warehouse" designation.

3. New Comment: The new exhaust fan note indicates to split the fan inlet into two hi/low ducts. The only additional details are to terminate one duct below the roof deck. Indicate the locations of the new vent inlets on the drawings, and provide construction details for their installation.

Second Plumbing Review:
1. RESOLVED- Clarify if the new space is to only install film or if the cars will be detailed and washed in the space as well. If the work includes discharge of oil, grease, sand, or other substances such as chemicals into the public sewer, a floor drain to an oil separator will be required. 2018 IPC section 1003.1 and 1003.4.,

2. RESOLVED-In addition, can you please correct the distance to the accessible restroom on the drawings? I need the accessible route from the farthest point in the new unit to the actual door to the restroom, not the front door of the other unit. IPC 403.3.1, 403.3. Also provide a note on plan that the operational time of the unit with the restrooms will be the same or exceed the new unit to ensure restrooms will always be accessible.

3. No Response- Will OSHA require an eye wash station for this use? If so It should be shown on the plans.

4). Now that the required interceptor/drain has been added to the service area Add calculations to plan page P2.0 that derive from IPC 1003.4.2.2 showing this interceptor adequately sized.
