Thank you for resubmitting site lighting plans with the Outdoor Lighting lumen calculations and the exterior lighting inventory. However, it is noted that the 30 ft high pole lighting is adjacent to residential property. This has generated light trespass complaints from the residents adjacent to exterior lighted commercial property in the past and some ongoing cases today.

The 30ft light poles at the commercial property boundaries adjacent to the residential properties my have to be lowered or moved further inward along with the House side Shielding requirements.

Please see Outdoor Lighting Code sections 401.3, 401.3.1), 401.3.2, 401.3.3. And verify on the plans that these requirements will be met.
