Please submit an Egress Plan showing the pattern, the overall diagonal distance of the structure and show the maximum distance allowed between exit. 2. Show the actual striping of the ADA accessible route from the marked handicapped parking stall, show the location of the post mounted sign. These to be installed as part of the inspection prior to C of O issuance. 3. Front Gate shown on the floor plan does not exist in current photos (it shows a glass storefront), is it located on the south side of the front covered porch if so please correct the floor plan. 4. Are emergency lights and lighted signs installed, if they are please show their locations on the floor plan, if not installed... please propose to install them to be inspected during inspection. 5. Please locate and label the drinking fountain and the mop sink, should they not exist please propose to install them to be inspected. 6. Existing Certificate of Occupancy certificate document, I did a search and with the short time frame unable to find one. It might be faster if you submit a copy of the certificate document that you have. 7. Please resubmit. |
