This site is located in the R-3 zone (UDC 4.7.12). Multifamily is a permitted use in the zone, (Table 4.8-2), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.7.B.6.

1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0523-00237 and although the plans appear to match until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot above this building permit.
