However, according to the building permit for the TI on Tuesday Morning, it seems to indicate that space is part of the adjacent Tenant space. This may mean that they have to apply for a permit/C of O for the adjacent space as a reduced area tenant space. Please confirm what that space is. Maybe more work for you Vince. 2. Since the existing demising wall is being demolished, there would be electrical on that wall being demolished as well. This means that the new demising wall would have new electrical. The Tuesday Morning TI drawings shows a slew of emergency lights near the existing demising wall, these will have to be moved. Please submit electrical drawing. 3. Please show the layout of the retail space. Where are the cash registers for example. Please provide the electrical for those type of spaces. If they are existing, indicate they are existing, etc. 4. Please resubmit. |
