Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with TD-DEV-0823-00341, Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved. Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage and location to ensure consistency with the DP. COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UDC 5.8.8). 2. Exterior work requires Historic Review.
