Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). Food Service: Excluding Soup Kitchens is a allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-1122-00011, but it does not appear that the plans match. The following comments will need to be addressed:

2. The height shown on the building elevations to the peak of the roof, 28’-7”, does not match the ‘TOWER HEIGHT 25’-0”” shown on within the footprint of the building on the DP.

3. Details 2 & 6 on sheet A0.5 do not match what is shown on the DP

4. Until the DP is issued the building plans cannot be issued.
