Sheet A2.0 floor plan tags new demising all type A which in wall type schedule is for “existing wall”. A1 wall type is not identified in wall schedule. Keynote 4 shows to “provide type ‘x’ gypsum board at all rated partitions” while not used in any wall types. Provide UL assembly number when providing rated partitions. If future tenant is uncertain and code review defining as “Separated uses/Y” then 2018 IBC Table 508.4 still requires 1 hour for B and A-2 (E.g. Restaurant) in sprinklered building. Provide penetration details when rated partition is applicable.

1). SAME- Cover sheet & scope states tenant improvement, Permit description states TC-COM-0523-01175 is Shell permit, both submittals appear to be the same plan set? -IPC 106.3.1 ** If this is shared plan, upload the updated TC-COM-0523-01175 plan to this record**
2). SAME -Mercantile occupancy load 33 requires high/low drinking fountain & service sink in bakery side, the plumbing pages do not reflect those required fixtures & piping illustrations -IPC 403.1 ** The plan set with this record still shows Mercantile 33**
3). SAME-plumbing piping plans do not reflect any kitchen cooking equipment, prep sinks, hand sinks , grease interceptor, gas piping etc. -IPC/IFGC 106.3.** The plan set with this record still shows same scope that includes tenant improvements**
