Keynote 4 shows to “provide type ‘x’ gypsum board at all rated partitions” while not used in any wall types. Provide UL assembly number when providing rated partitions. If future tenant is uncertain and code review defining as “Separated uses/Y” then 2018 IBC Table 508.4 still requires 1 hour for B and A-2 (E.g. Restaurant) in sprinklered building. Provide penetration details when rated partition is applicable.
