Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel, Per NEC 220.40. 2. Provide a panel schedules, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed or existing. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. Include panel bus rating and A.I.C. rating. IBC 107.1. 3. Provide conductor size and type for each new equipment, NEC chapter 3, wiring methods. Include wet location rating. 4. Designate the circuit number on the electrical plans, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each, new or modified light fixture, receptacle, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4. IBC 107.1. 5. Show a GFCI and weather protected receptacle outlet on the same level within 25’ of exterior HVAC equipment, [NEC 210.62]. |

This permit is for the West Room only. Please clearly identify on the site plan which AC units are included under this permit. Currently, all three units are labeled as “AC 1” on the site plan, while the Notes section identifies them as AC 1.1, AC 1.2, and AC 1.3. Please revise the plans so the unit labels match throughout. Also, please remove the information regarding the unit replacement for the guest house since that work is being reviewed under permit TC-COM-0426-00608. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2024. |
