04/27/2026 Commercial Mechanical Express REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Provide a site location for the location of the HVAC unit being replaced. This permit is for replacement of an HVAC unit located in building 3, unit 3207, but the submitted aerial photographs are for building 4, unit 4303.
2. Replacement of AC units for residential occupancies will require a heating/cooling load calculation to justify the capacities of the units being installed. The efficiency rating of the replacement units will have to be equal to or exceed the minimum required by federal law for this geographic location. All single-phase equipment not operational on January 1, 2023, in the Southwest region, must have an EnergyGuide label identifying a SEER2 or SEER2/EER2 rating. Reference: Sections R403.7 and R501.4, IECC 2018.
