Please revise the building code analysis to indicate the total number of stories in the building and identify the story on which this project is located. Section 107.2.1 of the IBC. 2. Please revise the plans to provide a life safety/egress plan. Section 107.2.1 of the IBC. 3. Additionally, indicate the path(s) of exit discharge to a public way or safe dispersal area. Sections 107.2.3 and 1028.5 of the IBC. 4. Please identify which entrances and exits are accessible, provide the required accessibility signage, and indicate the mounting locations and installation details for the signage. Section 1111 of the IBC. 5. Please revise the plans to indicate the heights of the new partition walls and provide either a metal stud table or structural calculations demonstrating that the metal studs used for interior walls and partitions exceeding 6 feet in height, including finish materials, have adequate strength and stiffness to resist applicable loads, but not less than a horizontal load of 5 psf. Provide a panel schedules, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed or existing. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. Include panel bus rating and A.I.C. rating. IBC 107.1. 5. Designate the circuit number on the electrical plans, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each, new or modified light fixture, receptacle, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4. IBC 107.1. 6. Provide complete compliance with the 2018 IECC for the interior lighting, including sensors and lighting controls as required. (typically COMcheck.)
