Previous comment not addressed and remains (Please revise the code summary and design criteria on all construction documents to reflect the codes and standards currently adopted by the City of Tucson, in accordance with Section 107.2.1 of the International Building Code. The applicable codes and standards shall include the following: • 2024 International Building Code (IBC) • 2017 ICC A117.1 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities, as referenced by the IBC • 2024 International Plumbing Code (IPC) • 2023 National Electrical Code (NEC) • 2024 International Fire Code (IFC) • City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code • All applicable local amendments to the above adopted codes Please revise the construction documents so the code analysis, general notes, life safety information, accessibility references, and design criteria are consistent throughout the entire drawing set. Refer to the City of Tucson adopted codes and amendments available through City of Tucson Planning and Development Services – Building Codes. 2. For the purpose of this section, a multiwire branch circuit shall be considered a single circuit. >>> Ramada is fed by two separate branch circuits. Outdoor Lighting Review: 1. Show the ramada light fixture as full cutoff per OLC definition in chapter 2. See also OLC 401.2.1(3) & (4). >>> The provided light fixture does not appear to be full cutoff. Please verify that in the installed configuration that the fixture is indeed full cutoff. |

Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: Follow up to previous comment 1: Site Zoning acknowledges a DP (TD-DEV-0626-00151) has been submitted. While the DP has not made it through the OK’s to submit yet, I have reviewed the submitted files to ensure consistency with the associated building permit. Although the plans submitted with the DP appear to match the associated building permit, Site zoning is unable to approve this building permit until the DP has been approved by all reviewers. 2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted.
