07/21/2026 Commercial Plumbing Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Correct note #3 of the New Rooftop Unit Schedules, M-201. Condensate drains may not terminate in an area that is not capable of absorbing the condensate flow without surface drainage. See Rooftop Unit Support detail, M-201 for an acceptable method for disposing of condensate. Reference: Section 307.2.1, IMC 2024, as amended by the City of Tucson.
2. The proposed rooftop units use gas-fired heating. Provide a design for the gas supply piping showing:
1. The location of the gas meter
2. The gas delivery pressure (e.g., 7” WG, 2 PSIG, or 5 PSIG)
3. The gas load for each piece of equipment in BTUH
4. The developed pipe length from the meter to each piece of equipment
5. The size and material of each pipe segment.
6. The location and downstream pressure of any pressure reducing valves
