Please submit your revised documents and provide a letter with a written response letter addressing each of the comments indicating how the Review comments were resolved. Please note the submittal was incomplete and the plan review was conducted using the information presented. For example, the detailed description states TW CIP Project: PRJ000604 Kolb C reservoir rehab. This permit is for the new 24'x16'-8" control building. Please remove the unnecessary sheets or change the description. 2. Please revise the plans to include a detailed description of the work involved in this permit’s scope. IBC 105.3 and provide a code analysis for the structure. IBC 107.2.1 3. Structural Calculations: Please revise the design criteria in the structural calculations to reflect the editions of codes currently adopted by the City of Tucson, in accordance with IBC Section 107.2.1 For example, update references to align with the adopted codes per the City’s ordinance, including the 2024 International Building Code and the referenced standards; ASCE 7-22, ASCI 360-22, and the ACI-318-19.
