1. Show the location of the SES and meter locations for the building. The shell permit, TC-COM-0725-01290, shows the SES located at the NW corner. There is a recessed existing wall that contains all the SES and meters. Your drawing shows WH-1 and multiple sinks and counter space where there should be an existing wall and SES/meter equipment. See clouded area on sheet E100.
2. Show the one-line diagram back to the specific 200A disconnect and meters that are being used. Each meter should have it’s own unit number, which must be included on the plans and on the permit for TEP electrical clearance.
3. Panels ‘A’, ‘B’ & ‘C’ appear to be new. They are not shown on the shell permit electrical, TC-COM-0725-01290.
4. Provide Fault Current Analysis and show new equipment/panels AIC rating sufficient to withstand the calculated Fault Current. Provide Available Fault Current calculations from TEP transformers to all new equipment, 2023 NEC 110.24.
5. Show new Panel’s and other new equipment with AIC ratings greater than or equal to the Available Fault Currents calculated, 2023 NEC 110.10.
05/14/2026 Commercial Mechanical Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Clarify the identification tags for the rooftop units. The three units shown on the roof plan, the mechanical floor plan, the plumbing roof plan, and on the equipment schedule are identified as RTU-1, RTU-2, RTU-3, and RTU-4.
2. Provide heating and cooling load calculations to justify the additional heating/cooling capacity of RTU-3. Reference: Section C403.1.1 and C403.3.1, IECC 2018.
3. Provide calculations to verify that adequate ventilation will be provided for the occupied spaces. Reference: Section 403.3.1.1, IMC 2024.
4. Provide information on the sequence of operation for the restroom exhaust fans to show that all of the air supplied to the restrooms will be exhausted. Reference: Footnote g, Table 403.3.1.1, IMC 2024.

05/14/2026 Commercial Plumbing Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. The International Plumbing Code 2024, the International Fuel Gas Code 2024, and the International Energy Conservation Code 2018, are the controlling codes for this activity. Correct the code citations in the specifications.
2. Provide a metering faucets for the lavatories, dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the faucet cycle will last for at least 10 seconds. Reference: Section 604.4, IPC 2024 and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
3. Verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatories complies with the requirements of Section C404.5.1, IECC 2018.
4. A hand wash sink located in the kitchen area shall either discharge through a grease interceptor or have a sign posted above it stating: “HANDWASH SINK ONLY! NO FOOD PREPARATIONOR DISHWASHING ALLOWED”. Reference: Section 1003.3(A), IPC 2024 as amended by the City of Tucson.
5. Floor sinks, floor drains, and trench drains in the kitchen shall discharge through a grease interceptor. Reference: Section 1003.3, IPC 2024, as amended by the City of Tucson.

2. Comment: Per communication with Nicholas Ross (Site Zoning Section Manager), TD-DEV-0425-00116 calls out Food Service use as being 630sf at this site. Please clearly draw, label, and provide calculations for this seating area to ensure compliance with the associated Development Package.
