1. Comment: The proposed EV chargers alter the existing parking layout and associated parking count. Please provide an updated parking calculation which demonstrates compliance with UDC Table 7.4.4-1 (vehicle sales – 1 space per 400sf GFA of show room, retail, and office area plus 1 space per 10,000sf of gross lot area, plus 1 space per 300sf GFA of automotive and vehicle repair use).
2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming based on responses to zoning comments and plans submitted.
