IBC 107.2.1 2. Please amend the plans to show a demo and new reflected ceiling plan. IBC 107.2.1 3. Please revise the plans to demonstrate that the accessible bar/counter seating complies with the technical provisions of ICC A117.1 (2017). Provide dimensions and details showing a compliant forward approach, including a minimum 30-inch-wide clear floor space, a counter height not exceeding 34 inches, and compliant knee and toe clearances. Knee and toe clearance shall provide a minimum depth of 17 inches for toe clearance with at least 11 inches of that depth providing knee clearance (27 inches minimum height).
