Commercial Engineering Comments:
1. TE-FPU-0526-00164 is the related FPU permit and needs resubmittal. The current structure is a Pre-FIRM structure in a recognized City of Tucson floodplain. The Site Engineering Team has determined a benchmark elevation certificate may find that the structure is compliant with floodplain regulation. The current cost-estimate for the project appears to approach the threshold for Substantial Damage and Substantial Improvement.
