Verify that the faucet cycle will last for at least 10 seconds. Reference: Section 604.4, IPC 2024 and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-17. 2. Provide tempered water for the restroom lavatory with a device conforming to ASSE 1070. Coordinate the Plumbing Schedule description with Plumbing Note #8/P1.0. Reference: Section 419.5, IPC 2024. 3. Verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatories complies with the requirements of Section C404.5.1, IECC 2018. 4. If the specified water heater is not supplied with integral heat traps, provide heat traps on the supply and discharge piping. Provide insulation per Table C403.11.3, IECC 2018 on the first 8 feet of supply and discharge piping. Reference: Section C404.4, IECC 2018. 5. Clarify the location of the water heater.
