Please provide a project specific statement of special inspections for this project, stating requirements for the special inspections and required tests. IBC 107.2.1, IBC 1704, IBC 1705 Additionally, provide the City of Tucson Special Inspection Certificate(s) with Parts A and B completed with the next submittal. Please provide the soils report by Atek ENGINEERING; JOB NO. 250277-1, used in the design of this project. IBC 107.2.1 3. Please include all the sheets listed in the sheet index. IBC 107.2.1 For example, g1.2 is listed in the sheet index but was not included in the construction drawings. 4. Please provide a list of architectural special inspections. For example, EIFS and also Liquid applied water resistive barriers, if used. IBC 1705.17 & IBC 1705.17.1 5. Please clarify the plumbing fixture count. The plans appear to indicate three (3) water closets for Men and three (3) for Women; however, an additional six (6) unisex water closets are also listed following the Men’s and Women’s fixture counts. Please confirm whether these unisex fixtures are in addition to the Men’s and Women’s totals or if they are intended to be included within the overall fixture count. Provide a revised plumbing fixture calculation that clearly identifies the total number of required and provided fixtures. IBC 107.2.1. Additionally please provide the appropriate signage if using UNI-SEX 6. Sheet a9.1: Please indicate the density (PSI) of the tapered insulation used under the TPO 7.. The addition of the unshielded stage lighting must be approved through an appeal to the building official. The outdoor lighting code does not address this lighting condition and thus a code analysis and justification must be provided, by the EOR, to the building official for review and approval through an appeal. 2. Reference sheet e5.0, City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code Calculations table. The provided lumen limits under part A of this section are incorrect. Per OLC Table 401.1, the maximum per acre is 175,000 shielded and 11,000 unshielded. Please clarify how your numbers were produced and correct the calculations. 3. As part of your site lighting plan, please clearly delineate the 6 acres of developed area you are declaring for this lighting use. a. Because Reid Park is fully developed, please provide a declaration that the 6 acres being claimed as part of this development, are not also being claimed under any other projects or developments. 4.
