1. This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304, 2018 IBC section 107.1, 2017 NEC, City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements. >> Remove the “For Information Only” notation on E1.2 and E1.3. These sheets shall be sealed by the appropriate EOR.
2. Provide an outdoor lighting plan that meets the requirements of OLC 104.2. Show/locate the different light sources on your site plan. Number the light fixtures on your table and use the same number on your site plan.
3. List the Lighting Area per OLC chapter 3 and used in Table 401.1. Specify the compliance option from Table 401.1 that is being used. Total outdoor light output shall not exceed the lumen limits listed in Table 401.1. 4.
4. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 3.1.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. List shielded and unshielded lights in the calculation. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1.
5. Fixtures installed under canopies and overhangs. Outdoor lighting fixtures shall not be counted in determining the total light output when they are full cutoff light fixtures installed under canopies, building overhangs, or roof eaves, OLC 401.2.1(3).

6. This site requires an Outdoor Lighting Special Inspection per 106.2.1. Provide a Special Inspection Certificate with parts A and B completed and sealed. Indicate whether or not a special inspection is required per sec. 104.2.2, and 106.2.

This site is located in PAD-7 (UDC 4.7.24). General Merchandise Sales use is a permitted use in the PAD.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building permit for compliance with development package (DP) TD-DEV-0225-00041and although it appears that the building plan is in compliance until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this plan.

2. Detail 14 sheet 3 does not match the short-term bicycle rack shown on the DP and does not meet minimum spacing requirements, UDC Article 7.4.9.B.2.d & f and Figure 7.4.9-C.
