a. Submit a floor plan of the entire structure. Show all the doors and windows allowing the city to see how the means of egress may be affected.

a. The 2018 International Residential Code is referred on this submission.
b. This is a commercial structure, please remove any IRC reference and use the International Building Code (IBC),
4. SPACE USE
a. Please inform the city as to what this room is going to be used for.
b. Enclosing a space will require ventilation and possibly heating.
c. Please tell us what you are going to do with those two existing doors and that short interior wall.
d. Should both door be kept, ensure that the required accessible space between doors are met per ICC A117.1 figure 404.2.5 drawing configuration b.
e. Will light be installed within the space.
5. WINDOW
a. Provide information as to the U value and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient of the window glass being proposed.

1. The proposed enclosure of a patio is an expansion of gross floor area (GA) and requires a development package (DP), UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c. A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan.
