Actual count shown on the plan is 1 for each men and women. ii. Please correct your table information. b. The ADA Restroom: i. Clearly label the location of this accessible restroom. ii. Provide an enlarged floor plan and ensure to show the floor clearances. Ensure that the lav is not within the clear floor area for the water closet complying to ICC A117.1. c. Drinking Fountain i. Locate and label the location of the drinking fountain. ii. Show the distance from the Professional Services Office to the service sink. d. Service Sink i. Project Narrative mentions mop sink. 1. The floor plan does not show it. 2. The Partial Plumbing Water Floor Plan shows an S-1 sink exist. ii. Locate and label the location of the service sink on the plans. iii. Show the distance from the Professional Services Office to the service sink if location is outside the office. 2. Sink shall be maximum 34 inches above floor to the higher of the rim or counter surface, faucets and soap dispenser shall have a reach depth of 11 inches per ANSI 606.5 a. Water supply and drain pipes under lavatories shall be insulated to protect against contact per ANSI 606.6 3. CODE ANALYSIS a. Within the Code Analysis, include the actual calculation of the occupant load. i. Calculate space by space by showing the name of the space, the area, the occupant load factor and the number of occupant(s). No rounding up allowed on these rows. ii. At the bottom indicate the total. 1. Only round up can be done at the final total line. 4. Proposed Use a. The city understands that you are proposing B Occupancy. b. Do you concur entering in the Certificate of Occupancy document as Professional Services Office as indicated in IBC 304.1 Business Group B Occupancy Classification. i.
