This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Designate the circuit number, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each new or modified light fixture, receptacle, appliance, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4. 5. Show all wiring methods in detail for all new branch circuit wiring and feeders. Conductor type and conduit size/type. Note wet use requirements. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. 6. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel and Sub-panels, Per NEC 220.40. 7. Show grounding and bonding of equipment per NEC 250. Provide an outdoor lighting plan that meets the requirements of OLC 104.2. Show/locate the different light sources on your site plan. Number the light fixtures on your table and use the same number on your site plan 5. Full cut-off lighting, installed under canopies, roof overhangs or eaves, are exempt from Lumen Calculation. 6. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 3.1.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1. 7. Show compliance with total outdoor light output per 2012 City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code section 401.2. Total outdoor light output shall not exceed the lumen limits listed in Table 401.1. 4. E1.1 – Lighting Code section 104.2.2. 8. Submit catalogue or specification sheets of all proposed new outdoor lighting fixtures illustrating the type of fixture, color temperature, lumens rating and whether full cut-off or unshielded. 9. This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). Food Service is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O. 1. As site work is proposed per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
