The Egress plan indicates a common path of travel distance of 99’. When scaled at 1/8” = 1’ and measuring the 99’ path of travel indicated the distance measures 103’. The maximum common path of travel distance is 100’. Please revise. [Ref. IBC 2018 Sec. 1006.2.1] Still Required: The revised plan removed the cubicle in the corner and started the travel path at another cubicle. Common path of travel is measured from the most remote point in a room. The location indicated in the revised plan is not the most remote point. Removing the cubicle desk does not allow the travel distance to be reduced to the nearest cubicle. Please revise. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS There are no comments. MECHANICAL COMMENTS There are no comments.
