This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Remove the “Progress” notation from the Architect’s Seal. Preliminary plans cannot be approved. 2. Show all wiring methods in detail for all new or modified branch circuit conductors and feeders. Conductor type and conduit size/type. Note wet use requirements. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. 3. Provide new and updated panel schedules, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. 4. Designate the circuit number, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each new or modified light fixture, receptacle, and equipment disconnect switch or other outlet, NEC arts;300 and 408.4. 5.
