Please resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

The site is in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). An Alcoholic Beverage Service (excluding a Large Bar) use is permitted in the C-2 zone, subject to use-specific standard 4.9.13.P.

2. This comment has not been entirely addressed. Demonstrate that no more than 50% of the floor area of the shopping center is dedicated to uses with a parking formula of one space per 100 square feet of gross floor area or a more intense formula (UDC 11.3.7.C.3). A development package is required for the proposal if the above requirement is exceeded.
