The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation, and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and International Swimming Pool & Spa Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval.


COMMENTS:
1. Please submit all related engineering plans for this project.
2. Please submit the required Equipment Room Layout – including gas line stub out for pool heaters if necessary
3. Provide separate plans for both the plumbing runs – including trunk lines from the equipment room to the pool – and all electrical for the proposed project.
4. Label on the plans all of the pool wall depth tiles.
5. More comments may be forthcoming once full submittal is received.
