2. Submit a complete Code Analysis to include, 1. A closer look at the fire sprinkler requirement for a multi story Hotel structure. 2. A closer look at IBC 1107.6.1.1 Accessible units. The type A and type B unit requirements and Accessible units must be dispersed among the different types of units. Show your calculation clearly. Please locate/label them on the floor plan.
3. All commercial permit require a seal/signature/date by an Arizona Registered Architect, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing on all drawings.
4. Substantial alteration is present. Submit complete layout of existing bathroom fixture layout in the Architectural Floor Plan. Submit complete Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drawings.
5. You are proposing updating the exterior of the building. On the exterior elevations, identify and notate exactly what is being done. All exterior elevations are void of information.
6. Show your parking calculation as well as how many handicap stalls are required and reflect them on the site plan. Locate the bicycle racks as well please.
7. Please resubmit.

1. This plan calls out the use as “HOTEL” but the last approved development package, DP22-0243 calls the use as Travelers Accommodation, Lodging. Clarify what the use is.

2. The parking layout shown on A001 does not match what is shown on the last approved development package, DP22-0243. Either provide an approved DP that shows the layout reflected on A001 or submit a new DP for review of the new parking layout.

3. The “EXISTING FENCE AND ENTRY GATES” shown on A001 are not shown on the last approved development package, DP22-0243. Either provide an approved DP that shows the fence and entry gates reflected on A001 or submit a new DP for review of the new layout.
