The previous electrical plan review comments requested clarity and correlations for all the electrical information submitted in the plan set. The plan review comment response stated,” Elec. Scope of work is to replace the extensive damaged and missing copper circuit wire and electrical fixtures thru-out the entire building”. “Most of the work is new”. For clarity, please provide the additional electrical information on the plans, and or clarify where applicable. See review comments 2 Thru 12. 2. Provide an electrical power and lighting site plan for building 1 and building 2. Show all electrical service equipment locations, including the MDP distribution panels, and indicate New or Existing. 3. It appears per the electrical line diagram that all the electrical distribution for building #2 is new. Please verify that the Grounding Electrode System is intact. Provide a grounding detail on the plans for both buildings as this was probably targeted by the copper thieves mentioned in the response letter. 4. Include load calculations with the distribution panel schedules that correlate with the building load calculations. Include both amps and VA with the panel schedules. Also, for the Unit Panel schedules. 5. Indicate raceway sizes and types for all feeders shown in the electrical line diagrams. 6. The load shown in the panel schedule for ‘House Panel Building #1’ exceeds the rating of the OCPD providing protection for it. Please correct. 7. Please identify all panels with the correct building designation. For example, if the buildings are identified as ‘Building #1’ and ‘Building #2’, correlate the electrical panel identifications with their associated buildings, #1 or #2. Not Building A or B. 8. The Unit load calculations shown on plan sheet ‘E2’ do not correlate with the Unit load calculations shown in the Unit panel schedules on plan sheet’E3’. Please clarify. 9. Provide complete compliance with the 2012 City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code for the exterior lighting. 10. Provide a complete luminaire schedule. Also include any new or replaced exterior lighting. 11. Provide complete compliance with the 2018 IECC for the lighting. 12. What building is the enlarged Lobby, Mail Room electrical floorplan associated with? Show this on the plan. Be advised, due to the nature of these review comments and necessary required changes or corrections in order to clarify the scope of work, additional review comments may be generated at the subsequent review.
